UP3D Tech recently secured a final and binding judgment from the Shenzhen Intermediate People's Court in a case against former employees, Yang and Zhou, for violating their Non-Competition and Confidentiality Agreements.
The court found that the individuals had jointly established and operated a company while still in our employment, engaging in business activities highly overlapping with our core operations—a serious breach of their contractual obligations. The court ruled entirely in our favor, ordering each individual to pay liquidated damages of RMB 4 million and to cease all competitive activities immediately. The judgment has been enforced.
This successful ruling underscores the judicial system's commitment to upholding fairness and the principle of good faith in the business environment, affirming that "contractual agreements must be strictly adhered to, and the concept of integrity must be strengthened."
At UP3D Tech we consider innovation and R&D to be our cornerstone. We are committed to providing a platform built on integrity and compliance for our employees. We call upon all employees and partners to respect contractual spirit and rigorously adhere to confidentiality and non-compete obligations.
Moving forward, we will continue to intensify our investments in R&D and intellectual property protection. We will not hesitate to use all legal means at our disposal to defend the interests of our company, our clients, and our employees, thereby contributing to a healthy and orderly market.
