Triangular Furnace Chamber Design

Intelligent Segmented Cooling
Utilizing intelligent segmented cooling technology, it offers options for natural and rapid cooling modes. This allows for a precisely controlled, three-stage reduction of the furnace platform, accelerating external air circulation and natural cooling. It prevents damage to zirconia sintered bodies from sudden temperature changes while enhancing work efficiency and ensuring safe and reliable operation.
Real-Time Monitoring Display
Equipped with an LCD screen for information display, it offers comprehensive dynamic monitoring, including voltage and current, ambient working temperature, program progress, furnace temperature, and sintering duration. This allows for real-time control over the furnace's operation and sintering status, ensuring the sintering process is carried out efficiently and stably.
Imported Heating Elements
Selecting top quality imported silicon carbide heating elements results in more uniform heating and stability at high temperatures. This effectively prevents chemical reactions between the heating elements, the sintering samples.and the environment, reducing contamination of zirconia and ensuring precise coloration of the final product, thus delivering a purer sintering performance.
Large Capacity Fast Sintering
A double-layer sintering box allows for stacking materials for simultaneous sintering, accommodating more restorations in a single cycle to maximize production efficiency. With a heating rate of 2 30°C/min and the ability to segment the heating at 30'c/min, it significantly shortens sintering time. The entire process can be completed in as fast as 3.5 hours, easily meeting the needs for high-volume, rapid sintering.
